Description: Meditation is both a practice and an art—the art of becoming still, listening deeply, and meeting each moment with openness and curiosity. In this experiential evening, Genpo Roshi will introduce Zen meditation in a simple and accessible way, helping participants discover greater clarity, presence, and creative freedom. He will also guide participants through the Big Mind Process, an innovative approach that invites us to explore the many voices within ourselves and directly experience the spacious awareness from which wisdom and compassion naturally arise. No previous meditation or Big Mind Process experience is necessary.
Fee: This event is free and open to the public. Donations in support of Sōten Genpo Roshi are gratefully accepted.
Please note: Registration for this class will close on Saturday, September 5 at midnight.

Our exhibitions provide a space to reflect, share perspectives and grow as a community. Our classes & workshops are designed to inspire creativity, foster connections, and provide enriching experiences for all participants. We invite you to join us in the studio.
