As I exit my position on the Donkey Mill team, I want to take a pause to reflect with gratitude. I joined the Donkey Mill staff in 2021, and what a thrilling journey these last five years have been. During my time at the Donkey Mill, we have faced historic challenges–the pandemic, natural disasters, aging facilities, leadership transitions, federal funding cuts– and yet we still witnessed tremendous growth.
